Everyone seems to be waking up to the reality that this huge government stimulus package is going to need paying for and frankly they’ll not increase taxes on the rich either as individuals or businesses. So, guess who’ll pay, and guess what that wave of poverty will look and feel like.

Social Housing, LHA Tenants, Supported Living will be ‘growth areas’ and the responsibility to be honourable and fair will come to individual property developers and investors internal moral compasses.

Many outside the community and only understanding this profession via media outrage will be alarmed at that concept but as someone who is part of this Community I know the greater majority will rise to that challenge with dignity.
